Road-legal or private property?

In Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia and Alberta, an e-bike counts as a power-assisted bicycle when its motor is 500 W or less and its assist stops at 32 km/h. Bikes above those limits are sold for private-property use.

Every bike page lists its motor and top speed, so you know which side of the line it is on before you buy.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every e-bike shipped to an address in Canada. We can’t ship to P.O. boxes; if you live in a remote community, contact us before you order. Details are in our shipping policy.

How fast will my e-bike arrive?

We process orders in 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 2–7 business days, depending on where you live. Parts and accessories can take up to 4 weeks.

Can I return an e-bike?

Yes — within 15 days of delivery, if the bike is unused and unopened, in its original condition and packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies and you pay the return shipping. See the refund policy for the full terms.

What if my bike arrives with a problem?

Email us with your order number and photos before any repair work. If the bike has under 10 km of use and an electrical failure (it won’t power on or charge, shows an error code, or an electric part doesn’t work), it’s handled under our refund policy; other issues go through the manufacturer’s warranty, and we file the claim with the brand for you. Are these e-bikes legal on public roads?

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Cancelling is free within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, a 3% transaction fee applies.
